In this 6 week program, we will focus on building your “peak physique”. This is designed to master the basics of different exercises and develop the strength and muscle growth necessary to advance to a more intense exercise program. Through this 6 week programs, we will build as much lean muscle as possible, while also focusing on strength. Get ready to look better and feel better in the next 6 weeks! Included in this program is; an introduction page consisting of a description of the program as well as additional information needed to successfully participate in the program, daily cardio recommendation, daily strength and resistance training workouts, a consistent daily ab routine, and an exercise index of almost all of the exercises within the program.
