In this 6 week program, we will focus on decreasing your body fat, heart rate and blood pressure all through the effective and beneficial High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method. The program structure is HIIT training 3x a week, alternating days for approximately 30 minutes each session. In between each workout day will be a rest day focused on recovery. One of the major benefits of HIIT workouts is their effectiveness within a shorter period of time, leading to busy and hardworking people like you to seek ways to get your exercise in with such a time consuming schedule. This program is designed FOR YOU. All you have to do is spend 30 mins every other day focusing on your health and wellness using this HIIT program.
